Wedding Information:
Sandi Preuss, PPA-certified photographer, has wedding packages customized to meet the needs of the bride and groom and their families. Booking fees are simple and straightforward.
Fees:

• A $175.00 deposit is due upon booking. This deposit is refunded on photograph orders of $500 or more.  Note:
• $200 fee for holidays or holiday weekends. 
• Mileage is charged to and from the studio at $.53 per mile.
• Hourly wage is $25.00 per hour if not included in a package, and does NOT include driving time.

Silver Package
“Top Flight” album of your choice, filled with the following portraits:
8 – 8x10’s;
12 – 4x5’s and up to 3 hours of time. 
The price of this package is $397.

Gold Package
“Top Flight” album of your choice, filled with the following portraits:
12 – 8x10’s,
16 – 4x5’s and up to 4 hours of time. 
The price of this package is $497.

Platinum Package
“Top Flight” album of your choice, filled with the following portraits:
16 – 8x10’s,
8 – 5x7’s,
24 – 4x5’s, and up to 5 hours of time.
This package is $600.

Diamond Package
“Top Flight” album of your choice filled with the following portraits:
24 – 8x10’s,
24 – 5x7’s,
24 – 4x5’s, and up to 6 hours of time. 
This package is $725.

Parents Albums
Parent albums are white albums with matting and all ready to show family and friends. Parent albums are available:
20 photo book of 5x7’s= $200
24 photo book of 5x7’s= $250
30 photo book of 5x7’s= $325

Or double the above with 2 albums and prices are:
2/20 photo books of 5x7’s= $360
2/24 photo books of 5x7’s= $440
2/30 photo books of 5x7’s= $600

Picture Opportunities:
Outdoor
As you drive by on Highway 36, you are able to see the barn and large grassy yard that is landscaped with trees and hills.  Follow the valley north, and you will find a wooded area that is beautifully covered with trees – green in summer, and fall colors later on.  There is a beautiful stone bridge, many trees and fences, as well as a wooden swing.  There is a large concrete bridge on the south edge of the property, and a new bridge being built this spring.  The new bridge is wooden and spans the draw at over 48’ long. 

In the Studio
Back at the studio, you will find that Sandi is willing to experiment with what you want.  There are 3 different colors of fabric backgrounds: black, white, and dark grey.  You are encouraged to bring props from home to individualize your portraits.  There is gossamer and candles, different colors of lights and other options.  Be sure to bring examples of your ideas if you have them!  Working with either flash or natural light, Sandi is willing to work until the affect you desire is achieved.

Copying and Archiving Photographs
Copying and archiving of old photos is also available. These can be printed 5x7 or smaller. Negatives and slides are copied onto a CD. Pictures are 50 cents per photo with $25.00 minimum for the first CD, then $10.00 per CD after that. Make copies for the kids and other family members of all your old photos!

Cards and Annoucements
Christmas Cards, Thank You cards, and birth announcements are available also. They are $1.75 each with a minimum of 25. Graduation announcements are custom made with your photo(s) and information with a $50.00 set up fee and are $2.25 each. Envelopes are included with all cards.

Prices

Up to 25 photos is $25.00 minimum, otherwise they are $1.00 each. Proofs are available to purchase at $5.00, and are included free with any order of $500 or more. There is no extra charge for clothing changes, backdrops, indoor/outdoor, etc.
